1. Order Minimum:
Our minimum order is 15 yards for all stocked styles. If this is your first order with us, there is a $400 minimum. Of course we will send sample yardage of any item for you to test before ordering. If you are interested in ordering please call us at 844-827-4206 or email us here.
2. Return Policy:
Please inspect goods immediately. All claims must be made with 15 days of receipt of goods. Please test for colorfastness prior to cutting. NO RETURNS without prior authorization. Pine Crest is not responsible for goods that have been cut or printed. A restocking fee may apply.
3. Refund Policy:
No refund is processed until we receive goods back in our warehouse. Once we inspect condition of the goods as acceptable, you will be refunded in 2-3 business days either by a credit issued back to your account or credited back to your credit card used for payment.
4. Shipping Policy:
Please allow 2-3 business days for our warehouse to process all full roll orders and 4-5 business days for all cut orders. If you would like a tracking number please provide your email to your sales representative when you place your order so you can track your package.
Pine Needles – Retail
1. Return Policy:
You have 15 days to return purchased fabric back to our warehouses. You must email Marketing@pcfinc.com stating you will be returning your fabric and provide us with the packages tracking number.
2. Refund Policy:
You have 15 days to ask for a refund. Your refund will be processed via PayPal once we receive the fabric into our warehouse. PayPal states all refunds will be processed back to your linked bank account in 3-5 business days.
3. Shipping Policy:
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. A tracking number will be sent to your PayPal email you used to place your order.
Pine Crest Fabrics, Inc. (“Pine Crest”) operates PineCrestFabrics.com and may operate other websites. It is Pine Crest’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
