Tim recently ventured to Korea where he visited our stretch fabric dying mill and the color laboratory. Check out the photo he took on his trip, I love seeing all the liquid colors. This mill exclusively dye solid stretch knits. They have to first determine which dyes will be needed to match a color target, and then test for colorfastness, crocking, ect. This shot is just one section, they have way more colors then what is shown.
This picture is our print Cherry Baby being dried at the printing mill. Before it is put on tubes and shipped to the US, it will go into the inspection area to be reviewed for any defects.
“There was so much stretchy fabric here, it was ridiculous!”
