Your industry partners, such as apparel brands, retail fabric stores, theaters, and other organizations, who are looking to purchase wholesale stretch fabrics and have never bought from Pine Crest Fabrics. Referrals who have previously purchased through a third party (e.g., a consultant or manufacturer) do not qualify. Contact us if you’re unsure whether your referral is eligible.
What counts as a "new customer"?
Any person or organization that has never purchased from Pine Crest Fabrics, including both bulk and sample yardage orders.
Does my referral need to place their order right away?
No, your referral has up to one year after receiving the code to place a bulk order (over $1,000).
How can I use my referral code?
Each code is valid for a single use. If you plan to refer multiple partners, request a unique code for each one. You’ll receive a $150 credit for each successful referral, but credits cannot be combined. Selling referral codes is prohibited.
When will I receive my credit?
Once your referral places a bulk order (over $1,000), you’ll receive your $150 credit. Referrals must complete their order within one year of receiving their code.
Can I refer more than one person?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a credit for each new customer who makes a qualifying order. However, each $150 credit can only be used for one bulk order (over $1,000).
Can I use multiple referral credits on one order?
Unfortunately, no. Only one $150 referral credit may be applied per order.

Can I use the credit on discounted or made-to-order fabrics?
Yes! Referral credits can be applied to in-stock items, made-to-order fabrics, discounted goods, or custom prints, if your order totals over $1,000.
Can I use the referral credit toward shipping or cutting fees?
No. Credits apply to fabric purchases only.
Where do I find the referral form, and how do I track my referrals?
You can request a referral code by filling out the form. Once your referral places a qualifying $1,000+ order, your credit will be issued.
We understand there may be a gap between sampling and a bulk order, sometimes several months. Don’t worry—we track all referrals and will notify you within 2 weeks of your referral completing a qualifying purchase.
