Since 2018, we have sold recycled fabrics made from over 4.5 million plastic bottles through our participation in the REPREVE® sustainability program.

How is REPREVE® recycled polyester produced?
The REPREVE® recycled polyester process begins with collecting post-consumer plastic bottles, which are then cleaned and sorted. Next, the bottles are shredded into flakes and washed again. The flakes are then melted and formed into high-quality polyester resin, with REPREVE’s proprietary FiberPrint® tracer added to support traceability. Finally, the resin is extruded and spun into REPREVE® fiber and yarn, ready to be made into fabrics.
